Fair Player Club published ‘Fair Player Club Compliance Package – Asia∙China Edition’ introducing global anti-corruption trends and anti-corruption laws in Asia and cases of China.

After publication of the ‘Fair Player Club Compliance Package – EU Edition’ in June 2017, this second edition introduces anti-corruption environments and policy trends in Asia as well as China’s anti-corruption laws, policies, characteristics, and case studies of business violations and responses. Fair Player Club tries to help South Korean companies to establish their compliance programs considering local laws and environment.

This publication consists of introduction, global anti-corruption trends, Asian anti-corruption trends, and anti-corruption laws & cases of China. It helps understanding about a formalized pilot program of US FCPA, anti-corruption efforts of APEC, G20 Anti-Corruption Action Plan 2017-2018, results of 2017 Corruption Perceptions Index(CPI) of 16 Asian countries published by Transparency International(TI), and the latest domestic and global trends. Also, it provides information on enhancement of anti-corruption environment such as the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China, enacted from January 1, 2018, in order to raise awareness and responses for the companies operating in China and stakeholders.
