Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. (CEO You, Hyang-yeol) declared its commitment to practice compliance and ethical
management through signing an anti-corruption pledge of Fair Player Club.
Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. attended the Fair Player Club Summit & Fair Play Pledge Ceremony, hosted by
UN Global Compact Network Korea and organized by Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum on Friday, March 7,
2018 at Grand Hyatt Seoul.
As a public-private collaboration forum for anti-corruption, Fair Player Club pursues to create a transparent and
fair business environment with all companies in Republic of Korea by exercising the spirit of fair play in business
market competition through compliance and ethics management. Korea South-East Power Co. Ltd., has participated
in Fair Player Club for three consecutive years from its first implementation in 2016 to this year.
The event was a culminating event of Fair Player Club’s 3 year activities to gather commitment for fair market business
conditions from representatives. There were sessions to discuss global anti-corruption trends and risk management
methods with many experts from South Korean and overseas.
Yoo, Hyang-yeol, CEO of Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. said "As the organization participating in the anti-corruption
declaration ceremony for the three consecutive years, we will try to do our best to respond to the government's efforts
to combat corruption and expand exchanges in the field of compliance and ethics management."
