Anyang City Facilities Management Corporation Compliance - Ethical Management Pledge

Anyang City Facilities Management Corporation (Chairman Kim, Young-il) in Gyeonggi Province pledged for compliance
and ethics management by attending the Fair Player Club Summit & Anti-Corruption Pledge at the Grand Hyatt Hotel
in Seoul.

Fair Player Club is a public-private partnership forum to promote transparency and fairness in corporate environment
through integrity and ethical management. 210 government offices and private companies joined Fair Player Club,
including Seoul Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, KT, LG Electronics, and Korea Tourism Organization etc.

Anyang City Facilities Management Corporation is the first public organization to sign up among the public institutions
in Anyang.

At the event, there were speeches and lectures by prominent South Korean and foreign figures, including Ban Ki-moon,
former U.N. Secretary General.

Participants announced to participate in the Fair Play Principles Declaration Ceremony in order to create a transparent
and fair business environment.
